System failure

FIRST POST OF 2012!!!!!!!

There's no specific failure today for the title to be 'system failure' but I just feel a little down.

It's already 2AM & I have class at 9AM. It's a freaking Sunday and I have class. Not only do I have class on Sunday but it is for 8 n 1/2 hours long!!!

I'm so dead. Not that I don't feel like going nor am I planning on skipping it though. The thought of having to go for a single class for that many hours is torturous enough.

I'm just one student and I'm feeling this way. Imagine how the lecturer herself feels - having to deal with a hundred students at once and manage each and every one of them for that long EVERY SUNDAY! I tip my hat off to her. She's awesome.

As painful as the hours are going to be, I am very much excited to go for my first class of the subject!!! Woot woot. Hopefully this will be my last semester. Can't stand studying anymore!!! Lol- so much resentment.

Among other things, the lobster is out with the boys. I'm permanently under house arrest till the day I tie the know! How sad is that? By the time I'm allowed to go out, everyone else would be fed up with it. Haha!

I miss my lobster. Haven't really spoken like we use to in a while. Something always comes up and the conversations are diverted to a lot of unnecessary and irrelevant things.

Oh well... I can't wait for Monday though!!! Heehuu. Shall pick up where we left off since my study break. Exams do take a toll on things, don't they?

Most importantly, Happy happy new year everyone and a belated Merry Christmas :D It's a new year. You know what this means! Time to start making memories worth looking back on. Cheers to kicking old habits and making new ones :P God bless!

We've all been complaining that the weather is too hot or too dry or that it's so hazy.

Well now, it's too freaking cold. It rains all day and all freaking night. It is even monsoon season? NO! It's not, right?

Anyway, this is the current situation. We were trapped at the food court the other day BECAUSE it was raining so heavily.

No JOKE!

Raining cats and dogs man! Stayed for about an hour or so and decoded to run through the rain to one of my friends cars so she could drop us off in uni.

NOW, I have a freaking fever, cough, cold, sore throat and not to mention a freaking sore eye from wearing expired lenses. That last one is my fault but look at the combination!

Ugh!

On the bright side, this awesome weather would be just perfect if you were sleeping in. Sadly, I have to go to uni.

Recently chopped off all my long beautiful hair. Look like a naughty boy right now. I didn't realize how warm it made me. I'm always shivering now thanks to my hairless head.

Seriously!!! It's sooooooooooooo cold alllllllll the time..... (shiversssss...)

Yes, I have a serious case of lack of attention. I'm clingy an needy and downright irrational..at times...

Pity my lobster for having to put up with it. However, let's face it. None of us are perfect or even close to being perfect.

What is perfect anyway? Hmm...
Anyway, that's besides the point. So, none of us are perfect but we do have expectations. How lobsters deal with those expectations is up to them. They can either live up to it or have it altered so some degree.

OMG, this was suppose to be about being LOA but it's turning out to be a somewhat of a relationship post. Stopping right here!!!

Olla!!! It's been a while since i last blogged so forgive the randomness of this entry, I'm a little 'rusty' I should say.

Okay, getting the iPhone has completely messed up my typing skills. I haven't been able to type out one sentence without a typographical error. Well, that's besides the point, if there was even a point to this.

Ok, anyways, I recently joined twitter and i already have over a 1000 tweets. Most of which are retweets but tweets nevertheless. I don't know why but I've become somewhat of a twitter addict if there were such of a thing. There are so many tweets about how parents should be proud that they their kids are addicted to twitter and not to drugs.

Apart from that, I've learnt not to be so self-conscious and paranoid about too many things. Life is only lived once and should be live to it's full potential or at least that's how I feel. Why is this post starting to sound so serious? LOL.

On a lighter note, I think I might have found my lobster :D YES, you read right, I found my lobster. Quite a looker if I do say so myself ;) Obviously, right? No one is gonna go dissing their lobster, c'mon! ;)

Also, I'd like to go on a road trip to anywhere. Like seriously, anywhere that's at least 2 hours away. I was thinking of going up to Genting since the last I was there was when I was, what, 10? Wow, long time ago...

Among other things, I just turned 21 (yayyyyy :D) and that key to freedom, the one parents are suppose to give you when you turn 21? You must know if it. Well if you DON'T, good because it doesn't exist. All you kids out there that are waiting to receive the key please stop hoping, it's a CON!

Among other things, the waterfall plan never worked out. LOL! YEAP, 21 and I haven't been to a waterfall.

It's been raining every single day these past few days. It's so cold even without the fans switched on and the sky is so gloomy and depressing. Felt like going for a swim but noooooooooooo, it had to rain and they closed the pool. JUST MY LUCK!!!

Anyway, I was told by some(2 of them, to be exact) of my close friends that I'm emotionless and expressionless. How does that work? ALL my other friends say the complete opposite. Like seriously.

This is Mai. She is the so called emotionless freak in this series all my friends are quite familiar with. I am suppose to be her. Expressionless and emotionless and bored with life where nothing excites me. I honestly don't get it. I'm nothing like that at all. Maybe when I'm asleep or exhausted or irritated but that's it. I swear! :P

If anything, I'm like Suki! The perky one that is more 'macho' than her boyfriend who in the end is actually very sexy in an intelligent funny way :D

Some people are so inconsiderate. They make the plan and then alter it at their own will. This is extremely frustrating because my parents are very strict. I'm not just simply allowed to go out as and when I want. So, when there is a plan I have to ask them in advance. When the plan changes or is even canceled I have to tell them and then ask them if i can go out on another day.

This irritates my parents ok! And chances of them letting me out on that other date are very slim. How many times you want me to ask them if I can go out? For god's sake, stop altering the plan!!! Not everyone is as flexible with their timing and ability to hang out.

Bottom line : Please be a little bit more considerate :)

These are the few movies that I recently watched. Can you imagine a real person being like that? Like an actual person having all those personalities combined into one.

For the past 3 years of my life there is one constant. One person who has always been there, tormenting me and sucking the life out of me. This person is the centre of all things dramatic. The art of deception is this person's forte. Therefore, I am proud to say I have a CRAZY in my life :D

Fortunately, I'm rather immune to it for some reason. LOL! How I put up with it is beyond me! However high the level of insanity was, is and ever will be, this person was, is and better be there when I need a helping hand as was, am I and surely will be when the tables are turned.

Of course there are many other things to say but I shall not be long-winded and stop here :)

crazy ass 2 days

There's so much I want to say but so little time.

So, here's a brief summary:

1. Tuesday - The plan was to go visit my friends place ALONE and then head back to college to study. What a disaster that was!!! 2 other friends sorta joined in and when we got there, decided to stay to so call study. We ended up talking crap and ordering Domino's and fighting. By fighting i mean like a cat fight between (ahem) 3 girls.

None of that Mortal Kombat violence though.

2.Wednesday - On this day there was the original plan and then the revised plan. The original plan was to wake up EARLY and head to college to study. The revised plan was for my 2 friends to come pick me up from my place at 12.30PM, have lunch somewhere nearby and then go to college to study till about 6PM-ish. The revised plan went as planned till after lunch.

As we were heading to college after lunch, somehow we decided to stop by Sunway Pyramid for god knows what reason. Checked out the movies but the timing was a little off so we ended up at Baskin Robins' for ice-cream where it was paid by our retarded friend. HAHA! EXTORTION!

After having ice-cream we went back to college to study. Again, plan FAILED! We ended up talking a lot of crap and running around. The running around was something like playing the game police and thief where me n my girl-friend had to catch our retarded friend. We WON! lol.

The finale was a terror ride unlike any other. I felt my heart all the way up my throat just moments away from popping out. I will never ever get in the car with my retard friend i.e the bandit unless I'm the one driving or even anyone else for that matter!!! I practically saw my whole life flash before my eyes which was not a lot seeing that I'm only 20 now. LOL! BUT IT WAS SCARY OK!

Well, that about sums up the 2 very extremely unproductive days I had and hopefully there will be no more of it! Although it was so much fun I feel guilty for not catching up on my studies. So yeah, time to actually get my head in the books.

This is sort of a difficult task till about Saturday because Deepavali is tomorrow and everyone at home is in the middle of preparations for it. Having a small dinner party tomorrow and maybe, just maybe my bestie would stay over. Heehee! She has very politely declined the offer.

Burning the Midnight Oil

Ever heard of a nocturnal human being? Well, I don't know to be proud or embarrassed, happy or sad, but I have to admit to being one of those human beings.

I find it easier to do things at night, when everyone is asleep, when it's dark out and i find it to be the most quiet time of the day.

When I say dark out, i don't mean when the sun sets. That just makes me sound like a vampire or something.

Which I am not, obviously

(although I do like the True Blood series).

No, when I say dark out, i mean between 12:00AM and 3:00AM. I know it's weird, you don't have to tell me.

However, to my surprise, I seem to have found quite a few people with this defect or so I call it. I mean COME ON! People are NOT nocturnal!!! It's a defect OK deal with it.

Anyway, my brain functions better at this time and so, this is my usual study time. When I do work at this time, more information tends to get absorbed and at a faster rate mind you. I have a test tomorrow.

YES!!! a test. my 'trials' actually.

This is me burning the midnight oil (so to speak).

I'm meant to be with my books but here I am, telling you about this thing that makes me well, ME! There you have it. Now, you know me a little better :D but I don't really see how this information is going improve your life in any way.

Shhh.

It was just an ordinary day, or so i thought. Usually I would get up at around 9:00AM, brush my teeth till they were squeaky clean and hit the shower, get dressed and head downstairs for my daily dose toast with scrambled eggs.

Today, it was different in every way possible. Normally when I wake up my mother would be downstairs. I would be greeted by her sweet smile but there was no one at home. The stairway was dark as ever. It was as if I were taken away from my home to somewhere unknown.

As weird as it was, I still took some bread to put in the toaster. That's when it happened. It sent shivers down my spine all the way to my toes. I opened the bread bin and found the whole container filled with cockroaches, flies, maggots, moss and other weird looking creatures of which the names i knew not.

Beside the loaf of Gardenia bread was an oddly shaped thing which looked a lot like.......to be continued.

I will be missing in action for the next week or so.

This is not an emergency, I just have a lot of studying and catching up with my studies to do :) My lecturers will not be happy to learn that i have not touched my books yet. The scary part is that I'm actually feeling very complacent about it.

Still in seek of some self-motivation, inner strength, determination, discipline and self-control. These few vital elements seem to missing in my life for the time being. I spend my time in front of the PC for some reason. Not that I'm doing much here anyway.

I just stare at my flippin' facebook page hoping for some notification to pop-up. Nothing much happens in maybe 5 minutes. So i stare......stare......and stare some more. Then, there's maybe ONE notification and chances are that it isn't something interesting.

I've been so glued to the PC that I haven't actually gone to sleep over the past few days. I just stay online doing nothing and staying awake. Not very nice, trust me! The next day my head will be hurting, my eyes will be burning, my body will be aching, my brain will literally go into sleep mode. Anything and everything that happens throughout the day will be a blur.

Another part of my recent development is getting into watching serials. This is the worst! Some of them are never ending and as much as i want to turn away from the screen I just can't! I use to hate serials okay! This is becoming an increasingly worrying problem.

I need a quick fix!

I just got obsessed with Step Up 3D all over again.

Super awesome movie.

A MUST watch.. :D

The plot is so much better than the 1st two.
The dance scenes in this one beat those in Step Up and Step Up 2: The Streets by a mile. So many times i just wanted to copy some of the moves. But it didn't really work out too well. LOL!

In addition to that, the song selection for the soundtrack was well done. ALL the songs have a catchy beat to it. It's so intoxicating. You just wanna listen to some of the songs over and over again.

Need I say more?

If you're thinking of watching it in 2D, that's fine but I strongly recommend watching it in 3D. It's so worth it and you wouldn't regret spending that extra for it. This movie will definitely not disappoint.

this is BY FAR my favourite scene from the movie. It left me open-mouthed, seriously! The robot dude is SUPER COOL!!! I can't stop watching it! My eye balls are glued to this video.

How the HELL does he do that?..... This guy is my fav character and, in my opinion, the 'WOW' factor in the whole movie.

When Starz first aired Spartacus: Blood and Sand in January, 2010, the show, based on the historical life of Spartacus the gladiator in the Roman empire, became an instant hit. Season 2 of the popular Spartacus show was planned, but the production of Spartacus: Vengeance (Spartacus Season 2), hit a tragic snag, causing Starz to create a prequel to Blood and Sand, known as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena.

Andy Whitfield Diagnosed With Cancer

Production was halted on the second season of Spartacus: Blood and Sand due to star Andy Whitfield (Spartacus) being diagnosed with cancer. Whitfield was diagnosed with early-stage Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma and immediately began receiving treatments. These treatments have reportedly caused the cancer to go into remission, and Starz has reported that production of Vengeance is scheduled to commence in November, 2010. Filming will begin one week after Gods of the Arena completes filing.

The gladiators and their masters that came before are the focal point for the prequel. Batiatus does not rule the ludus during this time period and the House of Batiatus does not have the notoriety among society to have a gladiator fight for the championship. Gannicus is the best gladiator the House of Batiatus has and their only hope for the championship of Capua. Through his combats and victories in the arena, the House of Batiatus will ride into the class conscious society on the victories of Gannicus and garner the respect of the local socialites.

okay, i've got something.

earlier we were suppose to go badminton then lunch right?
but we ended up meeting up and not going for badminton.

instead, we just hung out and spoke about all the crap that has been happening and all kinds of funny shit that we did over the past 3-4 weeks.

this is such a lame blog post. seriously.

anyway, we had an awesome lunch at Popeye's (as planned :D) and after that we went for a movie!!! yayyyyyy... :D :D :D

we went for this movie 'piranha' and it was totally wicked! it's so nasty with blood splashing everywhere and flesh ripped from bone and semi-eaten flesh practically falling off of the bodies.

one thing i've learned through watching this movie is that guys are no longer the macho ones. the roles have completely altered. me n my girl friend were laughing throughout the nasty parts of the movies while the 2 guys were on the verge of throwing up and leaving the theater..

utter nonsense. so unacceptable. but i did have a good laugh when talking about the movie after it ended. you know, the postmortem of the movie. hahahaha! i still can't stop laughing.

you would normally expect guys to be like:

"WOWWWW!!! SHITTT!!!!! NASTYYYYYY!!!! COOOOLLLLL!!!!

instead of

"omg, can we please leave.. i can't take it, there's too much blood"

the past few weeks, we have left the decisions to Popeye's. It's this fast food outlet in Sunway Pyramid, similar to Wendy's, McDonald's, n Carl's Jr.

the thing is, when we go our, the plan is usually uncertain. not a good habit but that's the was it lah. so anyway, when we are thinking about what to do after lunch the standard line has become:

"see how lah, let Popeye's decide lah kay?...haha"

the end result is usually a movie otherwise we would all just go back home or "hit the books" in college.

once again, tomorrow morning we're going to play badminton and then have lunch. lunch where? where else!

where do i begin?

oh ya, my life is getting un-fun. why? i'll tell you why. i missed 2 out of 3 tests that i had and the 1 that i went for, well, the lecturer chased me out of the class because i was late. how friggin emo is that? seriously.

anyway, i've now joined miss geetha's class once more and it's very boring (no offense (: ). this is because i have already been through her notes and all the answers to the questions are already there -.-

so yeah.

anyway, i missed so many classes for some specific reason that shall not be disclosed here. now, i have tonnes to catch up on. bleh! life is so hard when you're young (says the kid who is yet to discover the "wonders" of being all grown up).

come to think of it, i actually miss my "childhood" when i use to climb trees and jump off the roof for fun, without a worry in the world. when i was bigger than my brother and i could just bully him.

ahhh...good times :D

apart from that, i can't seem to sleep at all and i have no idea why. i seem to have no appetite either. something is definitely wrong with me. should i take this seriously and go see a doctor or shall i just try to 'fix' myself. i have no idea. :(

my stomach also hurts, been having this really lame gastric problem. god, i hate have this gassy feeling in my stomach. the worst part is that i can't even drink coffee as much as i use to and i did drink a lot of it. what you gonna do? it's my fav drink man! damn-it!!!

not to mention i can't even eat excessive chocolate either. (god, why must you punish me so?)

looking on the bright side of everything, i've found my motivation to study which was kinda lost for a while. heh~

I don't really know if it actually happens but I feel as if this one hates me to the core.
This particular lecturer is one tough cookie and he/she is the best when it comes to motivating and pressuring you to do well.

The thing you might want to do is to not get on the bad side of this one. If you do, you'll be ignored (cold, i know..tell me about it). Do the work and attend class and you'll be liked. And then get good results and you'll be loved. When you get scolded, it's because he/she cares about you NOT hate :)

Lecturers mean well for all of us even though it doesn't really seem like it. The good students will tell you! Only they can appreciate such shelling. I for one understand this. The nagging, the yelling, the ignoring... i totally get it.

Anyway, after all is said and done, he/she is the reason i managed to pass my exam the last time round. So happened I'm in one of his/her classes this semester and I wanna do well and NOT be ignored anymore :D

How many of you are PSYCHED about the release of The Last Airbender???

I definitely am.. Been waiting for it to come out for quite some time.

You know how sometimes when you think a movie should be awesome but then it turns out to be sorta suck-ish? Well yeah, i don't want this movie to turn out TOTALLY SUCKY-FIED!

Therefore, I'm lowering the bar so either way it would be a thumbs up! (Y)
If it were BAD, then I would be like "nyeh..."
But if it were totally mind blowing, then i would be like "!@#$%^&*)O!@#$%^&*WWWOWWW!!!"

But ratings are 4.3/10 at the moment and popularity has dropped by 54% this week. So, still keeping my fingers crossed.....and hoping for the best :D

Being a big fan of the cartoon, it would totally ruin my childhood if the movie fell short.

Ooooo! I just thought of something to blog about.

Yay ME!!!

Last Tuesday, my friend, his family and I went to Swensen's in Subang Parade.
Those of you that know the significance of Tuesday will understand!

Tuesday happens to be Earthquake day! Not literally earthquake... It's this ice-cream thingy with 8 scoops of 8 different flavours of (let me stress once again) ice-cream of your choice!
It's available every day but on Tuesdays it's 50% OFF!!!

(smiles widely :D)

I don't know why but ice-cream is one of my favourite foods of ALL TIME. You could say I have a weak spot for it.. hahaha!

Anyway, coming back to the earthquake.
It was the 1st time for ALL of us and we were really really really excited about it lah kay.
There were these 2 boys that were behind us as we entered and they were having this massive discussion about how they were going to finish it and that it's really big and bla bla bla...

soooooooooo.....we felt really retarded about being excited. LOL!

When the big, heavy bowl of sweet, cold ice-cream came, we dug in and savored every spoonful and before we knew it.......we were done -.-

(damnit!)

Even after that ginormous bowl of 8 different flavours of ice-cream our tummy's weren't full so we got another mini dish!

(snickers to self :P)

Erm, i think we got the Gold Rush and we ordered the Cookie Summit (they were out) but had to get something else instead of which i can't remember the name.. bad memory! haha..

However, I wonder why they call it the earthquake. It looks more like a volcano than any kinda earthquake. LOL!

I'm waiting for the movie Paranormal Activity to start showing.
Apparently it opened in the US a verrrrrry long time ago and it's so frustrating to have it not showing here YET.!

It's a horror flick about (duh) paranormal activity. It's some sort of documentary thingy of which the synopsis I do not want to read to avoid spoilers. (heh!) - Not for the faint hearted!

This movie raked in approximately $16mil and only cost about $15k to make. Can you imagine that? They're planning on making a sequel (but I doubt it would be as good, sequels usually don't do as well as the the 1st movie...right???)

Anywayyyyy...
Ugh! It's agonizing to wait for something so good for so long..! Next attraction in the cinemas though (hee :D)

Recently started an obsession with music. It helps me relax on so many levels.
Every time I feel stressed or even angry, I just start banging on the piano.
Forte! all the way..

Having make music just with your fingers really takes your breathe away.
All the times I get the song right at the 1st go just gets me so excited!
Self appraisal is no appraisal so i ask my mum or someone to tell me if they like it.
Unfortunately, NONE of them share the same passion as I do for music.
They just give a passing nod!

Hence, I play to please myself :DDD
If you're happy with yourself, who cares about what anyone else thinks right???
I have a blast doing my thing with the piano. :P

So, I decided to get back to my piano lessons and once and for all finish my grade 8! I've so called taken a break from it for over a year, almost 2 actually.
Didn't wanna leave it at half past six! Just not like me. Not many people know this, but I'm a wee bit of a perfectionist ;)

Anyway, I was watching Kiba play the other day and she's my inspiration to finish all levels of my piano =) Thanks Kiba!

There aren't many people that can be light...just light about everything. Their simple gestures just make you wanna smile. It doesn't always have to be something big. Even the lamest of jokes just make your day.

I don't know what you call it but it feels good to just be able to laugh...and...not worry about anything for that matter. As time goes by, I realise that there are fewer laughs that fill my day and almost no light moments.

This is when you start to treasure those moments in your life that just made it complete. I know, I'm not even that old and I'm saying something like this but I'm pretty sure I know enough to just value all the fun and laughter that made me ME!

TODAY! I was with my awesome-est friend and I had a blast!!! Ok, nothing amazing happened. Most would say nothing happened but it felt good. It felt very liberating to just be silly and forget all the nonsense going on in your life. Ever heard the phrase "laughter is the best medicine"? Well, it is.. It really helped me release MY stress.. :D

I wish I could do it more often! Sheesh~

We take for granted the value of time wasted.

The Last Airbender

I'm a really big fan of the series "Avatar: The Last Airbender" I even downloaded the ENTIRE series.. season's 1,2 AND 3! It's an awesome show I tell you. Those of you who haven't watched it, or maybe watched only a FEW episodes should really watch the whole thing in sequence =) It never disappoints!

This show is very cute and the funny parts are really FUNNY. Not those really LAME jokes that you force yourself to laugh at or even stare at the screen asking yourself if it was meant to be funny. LOL~ The characters are so adorable and they're all kids..! Like TEENagers!! The AVATAR, master of all 4 elements (Water, Earth, Fire, Air), is only 12!! (Technically he's 112 years old :P)

Anyways, there's a movie coming out about it. Those of you who are fans, would know about it =) It's currently in post-production but I'm extremely worried it might be a MAJOR disappointment..! Firstly, the director is M. Night Shyamalan. I hate his movies.. Seriously! I completely HATE them. It's not that I have something against HIM, it's his idiotic movies that are so undeniably dumb!
Movies like "The Village", "The Happening" & "The Lady In The Water (I think)" are full of really weird concepts and they all weren't really good films to watch. NONE of them were the type you'd wanna watch more than once unless you watch it a 2nd time just to get it...

The cast is also very weird and most of them are unknown people (well at least unknown to ME!) Get this, the BAD guy (Zuko, 16, who in the end turns good) is played by Dev Patel! If you don't know who Dev Patel is, go hide under a rock! He's the guy from Slumdog Millionaire(which was completely awesome!) For heaven's sake, Dev Patel? Bad guy? Zuko is really HAWT fire bender and I don't really think Dev would fit the bill! (nothing against him though.. heh!) The Avatar (Aang, 12, Main character) is played by some BOY that i haven't even heard of.! I searched for him on IMDb and NO pictures came out..! Probably some new kid but putting him as the Lead??? Maybe they thought that they should get someone who has been missing for a 100 years to play Aang so that he really gets into character..! lol~

Katara, who is the lead female actress in the show, isn't WHITE! No discrimination here, just that the actors aren't suitable for the character. She is suppose to be Hawaii-ish! Nevermind her. Her Brother Sokka is suppose to be a real goof-ball but the character is the actor who played Jasper in Twilight! 1st impression? DUhhhhLL!!!

Besides that, there are a few characters missing in the cast list There's Toph (Aang's earth bending teacher, a little blind girl) She was one of my favourites =) What happened to Azula??? (Zuko's psychotic sister) There's no family feuds without her! ;) I'm praying that he doesn't make this movie a complete flop! Seriously, it would just be so sad if the movie didn't get good ratings..

Honestly, I'm rather excited about the movie coming out =)

Just waiting for it to come out sometime in 2010. I hope I'm proven wrong! Till then, let's hope it's AWESOME :D

Over the past week my life was totally and completely random! There WERE things for me to do but i didn't and so, here I am, writing this post...

Well, I was suppose to:
- be fasting for 9 days since Saturday
- be studying for the past week
- be cleaning the house for Deepavali
- wake up early
- do A LOT of things but failed to do so..

Instead,:
- I failed to fast for ONE of those days

long time no See... I'm just BORED! and it's extremely annoying to be like this..seriously Any who, i started playing this game, 'Kings of Chaos' Seems interesting enough.. =P

Studying has always been at the top of the list.. But the empty time in between is excruciating..!!! SO, i fill my time with this game.. and also have been watching random movies..

I watched Titanic for the 1st time! *Leonardo Dicaprio hottttttt! ;)* Can u believe it? It's a freakin OLD movie..and i JUST watched it =.= And like everyone said..it's very beautifully taken =) It's totally AWESOME!!! and..I cried a couple of times..=)

I just turned 19 on the 16th of January 2009.. YES 19.. It's the last year of my teen life =(
And well, I feel old... =(
hahaha, I'm just messing with ya =)

My 19th B'day was really awesome.. i had a blast with my awesome awesome friends
We went to the 'Dessert Bar' in Subang Parade with Dabraj, Julie, Sean, Wyn Yao, Kush and Parveen
and of course me lar :P

Anyway, it was suppose to be like a surprise or something but it sorta got 'leaked out'
~hahaha~

Well it was awesome =) and we had a blast although ALL of us were rushing off *bummer*
After that I went ALL the way to Pyramid to meet up with Vee Hong and Chantelle
*my amazing psychotic friends that I love oh-so-much*
The plan was that they belanja me makan at Waffle World and of course I didn't expect them to, Ok!
seriously..

so I ordered all the like expensive stuff lah and THEN they told me that they belanja =.=
so i was like WTH?!!! they asked me to just shaddap and makan! *hehehe*
As expected, we went a lil 'coo-coo'.. after that balik my crib and chat chat chat!

~already 2 desserts~

got home, freakin tired and i went to sleep..
mum came home started freakin out and tellin me to go get dressed

I freakin figured it out ALL on my freakin own!!!

I wanted one of those 'free web counter' thingys ok..

So, me being a complete noob, i asked Ying Hao and Sung Lin for help lah k

They couldn't help me one bit..
In fact! they made me even more confused than i already was.. =.=

They said i have to get a new skin lah
Can't use a customized one lah
Otherwise the counter wouldn't work lah
I gave them my password n all k!
So that they could do it for me..

So in the end right...i figured it aallll out ALL on my OWN..
*Proud*
I had to go do something with the skin
Get the counter working

Now it's all gooood and I feel so satisfied with myself
for being able to do it
It was quite an achievement lah
and me is happy now... :DDD

For the most part, I learned that I should only depend on 1 person
and that person my friend, is ME
This clown told me that a 'pro' could fix it in 4 hrs
* i think he was talking about himself lah*

Anyway,he told me that a NooB like me would take like a week to figure it out =.=
Rubbish! I finished it in like an hour or so... NOOB!
Gah! But thanks anyway, for trying to help meh

Me is down with the flu and i think a sore throat is the process of occurring.

Escape to Africa

My all time favourite comedian is of course the ever so funny King Julian He never seems to stop making me laugh.. every line of his just cracks me up and I tend to laugh non-stop.. YES, that is how funny he is!

I was always a fan of Madagascar since day 1 and also the hit 'I Like to Move it' He makes me wanna get jiggy with it ;) *huhuhu* The song is oh-so-dancy and it's very catchy...

And that little Mort,soooooooooooo cute! seriously..! ehee XDDD It has this sorta adult voice that has that small squeak in its voice Honestly can't get over it.. :P

All this is coming up now because i just watched Madagascar 2 : Escape to Africa. Even at the beginning of the show i was already laughing away.. Alex is comical aswell *Ben Stiller*

I love the way the whole movie was plotted and there wasn't a single dull moment throughout the whole thing! AMAZING right? seriously.. can u actually find many movies that have that kind of grasp on u? i certainly can't and that's y it is, till this date, one of my favourite movies of all time.. and it keeps gettin better

I can't wait to see what they come up with next.. ^.^

Today was officially the 1st class of the semester and it wasn't all that bad.. In fact it was quite interesting *in a way :S* Our F5 lecturer is Miss Toh Voon Sia.. According to our seniors, she ain't' that good *but so far so good lar*

Skip the whole 'today i had class part' lah.. NEXT! I went to MPH and i finally got the who twilight series.. 1 through 4! It's so last year lah but i just wanted to read it for the heck of it... and my sis has been bugging my mum about it as well.. so whateverrrr lah.. =) now all i have to do is read 'em AND give Prethiba back her copy of 'Twilight'.. GAH!!! i did keep my promise by making sure that it was well taken care of *smiles widely*

I was also very random today:

Feeling sad and alone is something highly unusual for me!
I'm usually the fun perky one.. that smiles all day long without feeling
any strain in the cheeks.. *ehee*

But just yesterday i was a lil down and out!.. Sob sobbed on the phone a lil..
It wasn't a very pretty sight.. the conversation wasn't smooth AT ALL!
My friend on the other line was like OMG!!! are u crying? goodness.. stop Stop STOP!!!

I kept reassuring that i was fine u know.. its was being all light about it
But this fella (OMG) was feeeeelin it more than i din :S
Seriously..! well, the clown kept on asking if i was alright and of course i was
*like duh!* i mean it's me.. I'm like a hyper thingy..! and its only natural for me to bounce back quickly! :P

Anyway, bla bla bla.. put down the phone already.. i fell asleep.. woke up,then right!
This piglet sent me a msg saying i shall call u around 12-ish.. i said Okla but y 12-ish?
*it was around 8:30-ish that time*

Immediately! the phone rang.. and as soon as i picked up, i heard someone singing =.=
This is how it went,

Me : Hello? Hello?!
... : *sings*
Me : Hello?! Yoohoo!
... : *sings some more!*

Okay, at 1st i was like weeeeeert? and then i realised that the clown was singing!
So i just sat and listened and giggled and laughed and smiled and laughed some more
until my cheeks were aching! and and and..it was supercalifragalistically sweet!

It was the 1st time anyone was so concerned about me and it felt so niceeeeeeee.
My friend asked if i was okay and if i was feeling better
I mean! how could i not feel better?! seriously.. it was the most funniest and sweetest thing that ever happened in the past 2 months..

It had been a long time since i have felt like that and it was awesome to get it again! :DD
In the end right.. i learned that good friends that actually care about you are EXTREMELY
hard to find and they should be cherished =)))

People like that are super hard to find kay.. and i am grateful to have actually found a few if not many.. they make this world seem like a better place..!

1st Day...

Okay,today is my 1st day back at college.. and... it's extremely boring =.= go figure.. We were suppose to go for some so called orientation (even though its our 2nd year here...retarded!).. but we ditched it and now i'm at the CC =) Terrible i know! But old habits die hard ^.^ :P

Anyway,classes officially start Wednesday since we have Tuesdays off! Last semester it used to be Fridays off( which was a gazillion times better thn havin Tuesday off!) But who knows,it might be better to have a break in the midlle of the week.. ehee!

There be no pictures as off yet( of our 1st day).. but i'll be sure to post 'em up LATER!

Anyways, I was in the middle of a Counter Strike game (ahem..ahem!) and now i'm gonna go play some minigame =.= ( reliving my kiddy days i suppose.. =P)

2008 started out wonderfully. I started college in January, met many new people and soon became really good friends..=)
Old friendships which were thought to have died off resurfaced and some new ones were made along they way

We have had our fair share of ups and downs within 2008. All the tears that were shed All the laughter that was shared I would say it definitely turned out to be pretty awesome in the end

Thank You all for making my 2008 a splendid one just by being a part of it :DDD

Day 2

Tada! I'm finally finishing it... hehe.. so happy! lol..

well,since after 12:00 AM is considered tomorrow already.. i shall start thr.. =)

Like i said,me n my sis had to share a freakin' single bed! it was the ultimate torture..
we both didn't have enough space..and ended up kicking and pushing each other..
OWH!!! AND we didnt have blankets! can u believe tht? no blankets! in the end we used the bed sheets to cover ourselves lah..haha!

Another 'minus' abt the place was tht it was extremely dusty and my nose got all stuffy..i was like snorting the WHOLE FREAKIN NIGHT! =(((

ENOUGH ABOUT THE TERRIBLE NIGHT I HAD! (n my sis too lah.. =P)

Time to wake up!!!.. all the grumbling n stuff had stopped lah.. after all it was only one night.. sheeesh! so we headed over to the other apartment for b'fast (yum yum!)
Had nasi lemak..pedassssssss!!! *seriously burnt me tummy :O*

we all lazed around..waiting for evryone to get ready! ready for what?!!! the BEACH of course! *WoOT~*... ... *this time we took the camera..teehee!*

we were sorta rushing simply because we were on the way to the Malacca ZOO!!! yes,the zoo! actually we wanted to see Nicky-the tigress? anybody? hey,c'mon..u can't be serious..?! *sigh*

anyway..she was the little tigress tht was almost eaten in some chinese restaraunt some years back..

well,she's all grown up now..with her own lil cubs.. *4 to be exact..* =)))
Anyway,we didnt really get to see ALL of the zoo cuz,guess what..! It started to pour! got soaking wet i tell ya!.. after tht we headed straight home..

Port Dickson =)))... the beginning!

Remember i said i was gonna get to the Port Dickson trip? well,its HERE! =))) this may surprise u, but the last i was at a beach was like 14 years ago... yes! 14 years ago.. *crazy, i knw* actually the plan was to go to Langkawi with my classmates =) BUT my parents didn't allow it =( Compared to being stuck at home the whole of the hols, a 2 day 1 night trip 2 PD was definitely alot BETTER =) one of mummy's staffs wanted his parents to meet his boss *ahem ahem*.. so the plan was to 'lepak' in PD and then go for lunch to his parents' house *which was also in PD* on the 2nd day.. me and my lil' sis were thinkin 'owh,god! this is gonna be SO bad.. =/' we were pleasantly surprised though..the aunty's n uncle's were soooooo much farn! (well they were more like elder brothers n sisters..not that much older than me)

Day 1
SO, we arrived there at around 2pm-ish on the 10th of Dec '08.. had lunch and sat around for a while. They were all making jokes.. many of which I literally L.O.L-ed okayy! hahaha.. the makan-makan session was sorta yummy! we had 'mee hoon', some mutton rendang,chicken sambal..owh and we had sandwiches.. gagaga..! blah blah blah...joke joke joke...cakap cakap cakap...watched abit of tv...then! the BEACH!!! sadly,i forgot my darling camera..so no shots frm the beach =( i knw!!! the beach was like the best part n NO CAMERA..! such a waste... well we went on the banana boat lah.. 1st time doh!!! i was like screaming my lungs out.. my sis was da BOM lah! she was so brave..insisted she was FINE on her own..! *what a pain*.. the fallin was the best part of the banana-na-na :DDD

then we had to go quickly mandi lah..me n my sis had to bathe with our clothes ON! no towels.. can u believe tht? they didnt supply towels.. thank god i brought extra baju(substitute towel..kekeke!) =P

mandi mandi finito...had BBQ for dinner! lalalala... nice! there were 'drinks' too! BUT..me n my sis had STRICTLY sparkling wine ONLY! *besides water n sprite =D

After all the makan-makan.. we went down to the beach.. most of them were all tired out so it was just a few of us =))) it was very niceeeeee...u knw like in the movies? whr u can hear the swooosh of the waves! the only light was coming frm the moon! it was really nice..calm..peacefull..aihhhhh... *hahaha!*

i tired picking the moon.. ehee!

okay.. tht was the end of DAY 1 =))).. it wasn't a good night. me n my sister had to SHARE a SINGLE bed.. NOT PRETTY =/

well...let this be the 2nd post..! my lil friend, Mr. You Know Who You Are, was telling me about this girl he's after.. i was like oookay! nice! and stuff lah.. but i didn't knw tht he hasn't even spoken too her!!! YES! he talks so much about her..but he HASN'T EVEN SPOKEN TO HER! well..i was sorta free lah so i was listening to wtv he had to say..poor thing actually! but what cud i do right? haih.. anyway..they were in the same class for 2 years! yes, 2 YEARS! and he hasn't spoken to her.. i was like what the..?!!! *she was some kinda kaki ponteng laaa* *ignore tht* and tmr, is their PROM! and he is planning to ask her today..! so lambat,i knw! but she doesn't have a date.. *probably waiting for him to ask kot =P* well,the whole drama was to help him with his level of confidence.. i tell u,i was soo frustrated!!! tried to explain to him..! but noooooooooo...he was too much of a cheeeken! i am now waiting for the conclusion..

Okay!

I just started this thingy n I'm not too sure how it works.. anyway,this is reeeeeeally weird for meh! cuz im one of those ppl..u knw! the 'blogging is so retarded!!' kind.. u get the picture.. so anyway..here i am, creating a blog entry.. honestly,the boredom is totally eating away at me..!

all u ppl talkin abt freedom after exams!!! pfft! no such thing for me laaa.. i have been stuck at home! for like the whole timeeeee.. my god! i wonder how i survive.. =.=

but to be fair...i DID go to Port Dickson.. *hehehe*
